We have always been a full service facility with no “Special Service” fees added to the monthly board rate.    There are 2 categories Premium Board (12X12 stall) $875,  Standard Board $850. 

 All Board includes the following 

·         Full use of facility

·         No lessons or training required

·         High-Quality Hay as needed

·         Stall Cleaning

·         Watering

·        Barn Worming Program

·        Wash stall in each barn with hot water

·        Heated tack room in each barn

·        Washer and dryer

·         Access To 2 Recognized, and 6 Schooling Shows a year

·        Fire detection system

·        Feeding of owner supplied supplements

·       Customized individual or group  All or Partial Day Turnout in a variety of paddock sizes.

·       Boots and Blanket changes (Supplied by owner)

·       Holding for Vet & Farrier

·       Medication Administration

·       Fly Spray (Supplied by owner)

·       Basic First Aid including Supplies

·       Trailer Parking

·       Night check
